Inaugurated in 2002, when Yale Polo Club issued a challenge to Oxford and Cambridge, the Atlantic Cup has since grown include Harvard Polo Club in a hard fought tournament between four of the world's top academic institutions.
The tournament is not only a sporting competition, but strives to foster connections between the top institutions in Britain and the US, as well as raising the profile of student polo.
Last year's event was a huge success with over 500 spectators, 32 players, headline acts, and Cambridge's best pre-May Week garden party.
The 2017 incarnation, hosted once more in Britain by Oxford and Cambridge Universities, will feature matches over three days.
Matches will be played in Oxford on the Friday 9th of June, Cambridge on the Sunday 11th, with the Saturday to be enjoyed at Polo in the Park in London.
The La Martina Varsity Day at Guards on the 3rd of June will include the 119th annual Varsity Match between Oxford and Cambridge.
